Holly is a Yoga teacher with a thirst for fitness and movement. A lover of music that uplifts a yoga practice and brings her two passions together. Yoga and Music.

 
 
 

Over 20 years ago Holly walked into her first yoga class at the Brighton Natural Health Centre. Having been sporty at school she felt like yoga would be a good compliment and also another energising way to keep fit. She was drawn to Ashtanga and other forms of yoga that were dynamic and felt like fitness.

Fast forward 10 years and Holly was travelling the world exploring yoga of varying styles giving yoga much more meaning. During this time Holly worked as a DJ and for 10 years her life was working late nights but yoga brought balance to her life, a bit of Yin and Yang to that lifestyle. The desire to work a crowd with uplifting beats and find a softer side with a yoga practice and healthy eating.

Holly’s classes are a mix of strong dynamic creative flows curated with a mixture of soulful and electronic beats. Holly also teaches more toned down gentle flows that restore and tap more into the para-sympathetic nervous system helping us to promote healing and change, through more body sensing and slowing down. Since becoming a mother of two these practices definitely play a big part in her daily self care.
